If you are dissatisfied in any way, you will receive a full refund (excluding shipping). Just return the item within 14 days of delivery, in original condition and we will refund your money within 7 business days.  Please send certified mail or delivery confirmation so you will have proof of return.   

PLACING ORDERS:
You may place an order with Good Scents Home & Shop using our online shopping cart. For your convenience we accept VISA, MASTER CARD, American Express and DISCOVER through our online checkout. PAYMENT OPTIONS:
When placing an order through our online shopping cart, you will be able to use your VISA, MASTERCARD, American Expressor DISCOVER Card and we also accept PayPal. When placing an order by phone cashier’s checks and money orders will be accepted, these options may delay your shippment. Your order will not be shipped until payment is received and funds are cleared. No C.O.D. orders will be accepted.  

CUSTOMIZING AND SPECIAL ORDERS:
Because each candle is hand poured, we have the ability to create your candle in any color. We cannot guarantee a perfect match to a color, but we can definitely give a general match. Soy wax cures with a mottled or frosted appearance; this is a normal occurrence. If you prefer your candle to be poured using no dye please select natural from the color chart. If you have any other request please make your requests in the comments section of the checkout page. We stock many fragrances, but we have access to many, many more. DELIVERY TERMS:
For the safety and well-being of your hand poured soy wax products, all shipments will be shipped on a date that will not cause the package(s) to sit in a UPS warehouse over a weekend if possible. Four day shipments will only be shipped on a Monday, Three day shipments will be shipped on a Monday or Tuesday, etc. If you wish to have your candles shipped during a time when they may might sit in a UPS warehouse, we will not be held responsible for any damages caused by extreme weather conditions. We reserve the right to change your shipping choose unless otherwise stated by the customer.

Local Pick-Up: If you wish to place an order with Good Scents Home & Body Shop and live in the Lexington Ky area you can request local pick-up. There is no charge for local pick-up. However please schedule a time with us. To process your Local-Pickup order follow through the normal checkout procedure, once you reach the bottom of the order form simply click the local PICK-UP icon.
